Update: Ubisoft has confirmed that watch Dogs will be a PS4 launch title and will also roll out on XBOX 360, Wii U, PS3, and PC. Here’s the list of key features along with some new PS4 screenshots.

Watch_Dogs takes place in a fully simulated living city where, using your smartphone, you have real-time control over the city’s infastructure. Anything connected to the city’s ctOS can become your weapon.
