Travian Games and Portalarium have released the latest update for the online fantasy multiplayer RPG, Shroud of the Avatar: Forsaken Virtues on Steam and on their official website shroudoftheavatar.com. Release 54 introduces two new adventure zones, new items, updated quests and other improvements.
Players will find the following in the latest update:
New and Updated Locations: Two new adventure zones have been introduced, Upper Tears and Shaminian Hills as well as a new town of Westend. Additionally, more than 20 other locations have been updated with additional conversations, new books, quest improvements and extra traps.
Story Polish and Side Quests: The story keeps on being polished with the roll out of additional side quests, overall balance and new dialogue throughout the game.
Companions: Companions in Offline Mode have been upgraded with extra abilities, are more powerful when the party levels up, and are now more aware of the dangers of their surroundings.
Crafting and Economy: A host of new recipes and patterns have been added to the game, including recipes for banners, bathtubs, and a new cloak.
Skeleton Plunderers and Polish: The latest addition to the army of the Undead are the pirate-like Skeleton Plunderers. Existing characters including the Ice Wolves and the Crown Merchant have been polished.
Performance: Major improvements have been made to the frame rate and load times.

Portalarium has actively supported various charities over the years with the website of Shroud of the Avatar featuring a permanent “Make a Difference” Store, where up to 50% of the purchase price for items goes to designated charities.
