XSEED Games, the independent-minded console publishing brand of Marvelous USA, Inc., is pleased to debut an all-new series of ‘how to’ videos for the upcoming RPG simulation title, Rune Factory 4, in order to help familiarize players with the unique in-game mechanics ahead of the title’s release exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS hand-held system later this summer.

A unique title that blends farming, crop management, harvesting and traditional RPG dungeon battles, one of the first things players will do in Rune Factory 4 is cultivate and harvest crops in order to make a profit or gain favor with the locals. This all-new video introduces players to the fast-paced act of farming in Rune Factory 4. Players will need to use tools to clear fields before laying down their crops, maintaining and tending to them, and finally, pulling in the harvest. See the video of the fast-paced farming action in progress:

The first game in the Rune Factory RPG simulation hybrid series to be released on the Nintendo 3DS, Rune Factory 4 adds new romance options, the ability to select a male or female character at the game’s start, and endless crafting, farming and cooking opportunities. As the town of Selphia’s prince or princess, players will manage the village, explore the countryside with townsfolk, and tame monsters in the wild to become helpers in battle or in the fields.

Rune Factory 4 is currently in production and will be released by XSEED Games exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS later this summer. More information, including more how-to videos, will follow in the coming weeks.
